Chart Question for Excel 2003 **Desperate**

Mr BT

I'm using Excel 2003
In the assignment for the students we have two charts (clustered column and
a pie chart) based on values on the Statistics tab. The file is Contest.xls
I'm working on a macro that will mark the assignment in a matter of seconds
(as there are many students and many other assignments.
I have everything but the charts prepared for the macro. I would like to
compare what the student has selected, (ie. Chart Type>Standard
Type>Clustered Column, Source Data>Data Range>=Statistics!$C$4:$H$8>Series:
Rows or Columns, etc) with the same data we know to be true in the
instructor's file.
I thought maybe if I could have this (instructor's file) data appear in a
simple list and run the macro to produce the [current] student's chart work,
there would be a comparable "Correct" or "Incorrect" statement in the next
field and that would produce the information the instructor needs.
The problem I'm having is that nobody nowhere has been able to give me an
answer on this. I know this is a different way of explaining this from my
other post but I've gone to newsgroups and other resources.
I may not be using the correct choice of words or something, but I really
need help.

Thank you in advance.
