Chart Set Up

I am trying to create a chart that shows goal, projection and actual dollar
columns by month for an entire calndar year. I can get the columns on the
chart but I can't figure out how to arrange my data to show each month below.
Can anyone help?

You mean you can't get the chart to use the month data as categories on the
X axis?

With an existing chart, go to Chart menu > Source Data, and on the series
tab, click in the Category Labels entry box, and with the mouse select the
range.

For a new chart, put the labels column to the left of the other data
columns, put a column header on the Y value columns, and leave the column
header on the labels column blank. Select the whole range and run the chart
wizard. Excel sees the blank cell and knows the first row and column are
different, i.e., category labels and series names.
