Chart Trend Line formula

I have created an excel chart and its trend line
(Polinomial @ Exponential) giving the trend line fromula -

But on substituting the values in the formula, there is a
great difference is the formula result and the actual
value should be. Even in between values in the graph shows
the diference of the order of ten thousands.


can anybody help me
