Chart visable for one user and no one else

This is quite odd. One user is able to view a chart,
however, when anyone else opens the document, the chart
doesn't exist. The chart is in a separate sheet labeled,
CHART.

We are using Excel XP with DocsOpen. Anyone know
anything about this kind of behavior?
