I can't get the chart wizard to appear!

As far as I know, the chart wizard no longer exists in Windows Excel 2007 or
in Mac Excel 2008.

Instead, in Mac Excel 2008, you create a chart using Insert | Chart, and
then you find other options on the Chart menu and the Formatting Palette.
