Charting from Multiple Excel Files

Several users inside the company I work for have been putting data into 8
different excel files, and I need to create a new excel file that graphs the
data that they enter, so that when they update one of the worksheets the
graphs are updated. Is this possible, and if so what is the best way of doing
this?
