One option would be to set your data up like this (I've added the cell
references in which to add your titles and data to the left of each item i.e.
cell A2, cell B2, etc.):

(C1) Classes
(A2) At Least 1 (B2) Academia (C2) 5
(B3) Managers (C3) 5
(A4) At Least 2 (B4) Academia (C4) 1
(B5) Managers (C5) 1
(A6) At Least 3 (B6) Academia (C6) 2
(B7) Managers (C7) 3

Once you have the data entered into the spreadsheet, go to the Chart Wizard.
In Step 1 of the Wizard, select the Clustered Column as the chart type. Hit
the Next button. In Step 2 of the chart wizard, select the range A1:C7. In
the Series reference, make sure that the "in columns" option is selected. At
this point you can finish the Wizard and your chart should be complete.

I see what you have set up but wondering based on my original way the data is
set up from the first post that I can quickly get it like you have it below -
to get it like that I have to hand count and copy paste info. Any quick way
to organize the data from the original post (possibly using a pivot table) to
get it to look like below- I only gave you an example of some of the data and
have a lot more than I showed.

Any ideas- and thanks for helping,
Barb
