Does anyone know how to move the the top of the chart to
the bottom and the bottom to the top.

Multiply all the y values by -1?

If that is not your intent, you might try clarifying your question.

Double-click the y-axis, then select the Scale tab. Select the 'values
in reverse order' checkbox.
