Charts are not displaying correct values

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Ever since I ran the latest Office Auto Update, the scaling of charts has been messed up. It is true with my own data as well as with the default data provided in the application.

This is a screen capture from PPT using the the default data PowerPoint uses.

Notice that the graph is not plotting the data at the correct value. For example, the last observation on the top line (green) should have a value of 5 but PPT is plotting a number slightly greater than 12.

I tried to look at your picture, but it wasn't there.

I saw your screen capture yesterday but like David replied it isn't there
today. From what I can remember it did display the way you describe, but I'm
not getting the same results here. The sample data plots perfectly as does
any change I make to the data.

I'd suggest that you confirm that you do in fact have applied the "latest"
update for Office 2008 -- it's always better to specify version numbers. No
disrespect, but many people 'think' they have the latest and are actually
several behind :) Also, make certain that OS X is fully updated, run Disk
Utility - Repair Disk Permissions & restart your Mac.

If the problem persists post back with any additional details.
