Charts change to unwanted colors

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) Processor: Intel I have been building several PPT presentations that all use the same template (Saved as a .potx) and embedded color theme. Every time I include a bar graph and select a color scheme that uses the theme's colors (in the quick styles panel) it looks fine UNTIL I save, close, and then reopen. Then the bar graphs default to PPT's default colors... red, blue, green, and purple.
For some reason, my pie charts maintain the original coloring I wanted.

Does anyone know why this is happening? Thanks!!
