Charts from MS Project 2007 to Visio Pro

Is it possible to export data from MS Project '07 into Visio Pro and create a
Tier 1 schedule from that data transfer?

I'm not sure what a "Tier 1 Schedule" is ... but have you tried to
export to Visio (Menu: Tools/Visual Reports) and did it not work for
what you want?
