Charts in a published Access Page

I am trying to make a page that has a dynamic chart on it. I want the chart to be updateable through the Access table it is based on, but only viewable to the online user. I am getting two problems, however, that I can't solve. To see what I mean, go to http://www.ics.uci.edu/~bherdric/ftmba/ftmba.htm

First, as will become evident after clicking on the above link, there are security issues. The page displays this

"Data Access Pages has detected that your IE security settings will not allow you to access data from a site considered to be insecure.

It then gives instructions how to fix this which works fine (by going into security settings and adding it as a trusted site). The problem is, I do not want everyone to have to go through this to view the page. My IE settings are the default, so I imagine that everyone that wants to visit the site will run into the security notification. Is there a way to make the Access page secure

Second, when the charts are viewable, they can be right-clicked and messed with. The Drop Areas, Field List, etc can be seen by right-clicking on the chart. Is there a way to lock it so the user can only view the chart and not modify it

Thank
