Charts not exporting from Access to Word

When I publish a report using the tollbar link, my charts
in the report are not sent. How can I make sure they
appear in the Word document? Thanks.

Snapshot format is the only built-in export format that retains graphical
elements. Your other options are to use a PDF writer or look at the
utility that Stephan Lebans created. It essentially takes the Snapshot
output and embeds it into an RTF file. It's a bit more editable and
doesn't require the Snapshot Viewer program, but it's not a fully
text-editable document like the RTF export is.
