charts on seperate page from report

Hi

How can I format my report so that whenever it is produced, my
corresponding chart in the report is printed on its own page? The only
way I can think of is to create my chart in the Report Footer section
and stretch the section large enough to cover an entire page and no
other data can be fitted on it. But I really don't think that that is
the proper way to do it.

Also, is it possible to flip the chart on to its side? That is, the
general report data is downwards and the chart would be on its side..
