charts re-draw

I have a user who has a graph embedded in a Word document. On one computer it
redraws very slowly when scrolling through. Another computer scrolls through
it just fine and displays the graph quickly. The computer which slowly
redraws has more RAM and is newer. Both have the same settings in Tools >
Options.
Any ideas?
