hi all
I am trying to draw a column chart that changes its color
if a value exceeds certain level. For example if my data
are 9,10,8, the column that represents the 10 should have
a different color than 9 and 8 because my goal is less
than 10. I don't think there is a build in function in
excel for doing that but is there any other ways?
