I need to be able to create a chart in Excel, with
variables that allow me to change the values and have the
chart change with it... I have an example that I have
created in visio... See attached

When you change the values in the cells corresponding to a plotted
series, XL automatically adjusts the chart.

If that is not what you meant, consider describing the problem in the
text of the message.
