CHAT trough OUTLOOK EXPRESS !?!

I need help for chat..
at my work i can't chat with Mirc, or ICQ or MSN because is port 6667
blocked...(all ports from 6660to 6669)
Even i can't go on WEB using Internet explorer..

Only i can is EMAIL (Outlook express)

Did enyone knows program for chat who use port for emails... or may i chat
trough outlook express on some way???

I hope someone will help me, its interesting...

Do you suppose that maybe your employer doesn't want you to be spending
your office time chatting? Perhaps if you need to chat to accomplish
your job, you might ask him (or the network person at your compay) to
open the ports necessary to run your chat program.

By the way, Outlook Express(or any other email program that I know of)
doesn't contain facilities for chatting.
