chChartTypePie and ChartDataLabelPositionEnum

I read in a post by Thao Moua on 2003-Oct-23:

Data label positioning in Excel Chart and OWC Chart are
different. In OWC Chart we only support automatic which
is the same as center whereas in Excel Chart there are
more options. If you want to draw your own data labels
in OWC Chart, you should use custom drawing. Search
for 'custom drawing' in the Help file for more info.

Having to use ChChartDraw.DrawText to emulate Excel's default behavior seems
a little broken to me, though. In fact, I would call it kbbug material. Is
this issue going to be addressed ?

I also cannot seem to make ValueToPoint () work with chChartTypePie, either
using the ChAxis object or the ChSeries object. If I were going to use
ChChartDraw.DrawText to draw labels outside the pie segments, I would want
to know where to put them, and ValueToPoint seems to be the way to find out.
