cheapest way to run PowerPoint (Viewer)

Hello All, a company has training facilities with DVD players (no
computers). The training presentation that is being set up in PowerPoint is
a 'surf through' document full of hyperlinks and custom shows. As far as I
know now this interactivity is not transposable to be running from a DVD
player (or am I wrong?).
The trainer does not have to modify the presentations, for instance, we
could work with the PowerPoint Viewer 2003. Now, what would be the cheapest
solution to run these PowerPoint files? (do we have to have computers? or
might there be another smart solution?)

You can add interactivity to the DVD to replicate most programmed into
presentation. But it will be a fairly complex project:
- Break presentation into segments based on interactivity
- Remove all interactivity buttons, etc. from presentation
- Convert presentation segments to video
- Develop DVD using video segments and program in interactivity buttons
(mapped to standard remote button) that allow user to move to other chapters
on the DVD
- Author master DVD for duplication

I have handled several projects along this line, so it can be done. Does
require a number of applications, good planning and lots of experience
developing DVDs...
