Check Box Data

What I need to do is...

When a check box is ticked that this item reads through to
a secondary sheet. But I do not want un-checked boxes, but
if you just read through it would leave gaps in the
secondary sheet, which is what I need to get rid of. So
what I'm trying to say is that I need to ignore cells
without check and that it should only pick up the next
checked box.

Hope this makes ssence to someone out there......
