Check box disappear

Hi

I have problems with a check box in a couple of forms. I can check the box without problem, but if I go to another record and then come back to the record with the "Check Box" checked, I am not able to see it. However, if I go to the table the field for this record appears as checked

I wonder if someone can help me to figure out this problem
