Check Box Form Field shape

I would like to change the check box form field shape from
a square to a circle in Word. Is there a way to do this?

Hi Kathleen,

Don't I wish. Unfortunately no, you're stuck with that
primitive thin-bordered box. The only way to get the
radio-button style checkables is to re-cast the whole
project as a userform (custom dialog box). They're
attractive and powerful things but they're a big leap
from formfields, one you may not be ready to take just
now.
