Check Box Form Getting Cut Off

I am using Office 2003. When I insert a check box form field in any
document, the bottom of the box isn't there on the screen or when I print the
form out. The left, right, and top borders of the check box are there. The
text form field box displays fine.

Anyone have any idea how to fix this? I have a bunch of forms I need to get
done today, so any help would be appreciated!

The problem may be that the paragraph line spacing has been set to an exact
amount that is too small for the check box. Check the "Line spacing" setting
inFormat > Paragraph > Indents and Spacing tab. If it is set to "Exactly, try
to either increase the amount or try to change the setting to Single.
