Check box (Newbie Question)

Hello all!

I'm trying to create a form that will enable the user to click a check box
and populate a time stamp in another text field. (It also ads another hour
to the time that it's stamped) I would like the time stamp to disappear
whenever the box is unchecked. I have the following code in the initial
value field below and it gives me the correct time, but I can't get it to
disappear when the box is unchecked.
