Hi,

Not sure if this question is Outlook as I'm using Word as my email editior.

I'm trying to send an email where the recipient can click on a text box and
send it back to me, selecting one of many options.

If I set this up using form fields, it appears to work, but the received
email comes through as blank.

Does anyone know how I can get round this, bearing in mind it needs to be
contained within the main body of the email, not an attachment.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Nick

Outlook +Word don't really have a way of doing this, especially if you're sending outside your organization. Consider using a Word document instead.
