Can I use a checkbox to control what text appears in a document? For
example, if check box 1 is ticked, I get:

ABCDE

If check box 2 is ticked, I get

VWXYZ

If both ticked, I get

ABCDE
VWXYZ

Where would the checkboxes be located? (In a toolbar, on a Form, on the
document?)

May you use macro code to achieve this?

(Actually, you'd have to use macro code. If you're not allowed, I don't
see any way to get what you want.)
