Check Boxes and Lookups

Hi,

I am trying to create a form field with check boxes that automatically
lookup and display values from a table. It seems that the Option Group
Wizard will only let me hand-type the values I want into the field instead
of automatically looking up the values in a table and displaying them
automatically.

It sounds like you want to use a combo box, instead. See if the combo box wizard
will give you what you want.
