Check boxes in the body of emails

Does anyone know a way to get check boxes in the body of an Oultook email, so
that the recipients can tick them to make selections in their reply? If so
could there be a problem with the format for anybody?

Any help would be very much appreciated

If you are wanting the recipients to choose from options you could use voting
buttons. Open up a new email then click on View, Options, Voting Buttons.

Outlook can't do that unless you're sending only to people within an organization using Microsoft Exchange.
