Check boxes with mailmerge

I have an MS Access database that will be used as the datasource for a MS
Word mail merge. Can you create check boxes on the document that will
"checkmark mark" the checkbox according the value of the MS Access field? If
so, how do I do this... Any example would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

The values that come from a Yes/No field in Access will be either 0 or -1,
so use and If...then...Else field to test for the value and have Word insert
the relevant symbol from the Insert Symbol dialog. With the mailmerge main
document, start of by just putting A or B as the result to be returned and
then use Alt+F9 to toggle on the display of field codes and replace the A or
B with the relevant symbol.
