Check boxes

Hi,

I was able to find out from a previous thread "where"I can find the Check Box form field but now what? I clicked on the "Check Box" icon but I can't click on the little grey box that appears. When I double click on it a window pops up and I'm given options.
Please help

Check Boxes & the other Form Fields don't operate until you Lock the Form.

That's to allow you to continue editing the Form Template without getting
hung up on or messing up the Fields.
