"check for messages every X minutes".

I just changed to Outlook 2002 from Outlook 2000. I use
to have an option under tools to "check for messages
every X minutes". Currently, my Outlook 2002 is not
checking for new messages while I have the service open.
I have to hit the send/recieve button. I would like to
know where the setting is to have Outlook check for new
messages while I have the service open.
