Check for name interrupts PRF from installing Outlook Address Book service

We've created a script that prompts the user for their
name, then proceeds to use a PRF to create their Outlook
2002 profile. It works perfectly unless the user is
prompted to check their name because it wasn't found, or
is too close to the names of other users. Once they
select the correct name or check the name against the
server, the process completes but the Outlook Address Book
service never installs. This is Service3 in the Outlook
PRF. Users can manually add it later, but their Contacts
do not show in the Global Address List.

With Outlook 2002 the PRF actually runs Outlook to create
a user's profile which is a major annoyance. Further it
does not accept %username% as a variable for the profile
name. The older utilities like newprof and profgen no
longer work. How these changes help is beyond me. I
suspect the PRF loses focus when the users has to search
for their name. We're having users put in their full name
which gets around the issue for most users, but clearly
the PRF is not working correctly.
