Check if email was sent

Within MS Access using VBA code I am sending an Outlook email. Prior to
sending the email the Outlook Security Warning pop up occurs. If the user
selects "No" on the pop up is there an email property or some other way to
check if the email was sent or not? I need to update a database table based
on whether the email was sent or not. Thanks.

You can check the Sent property of the item, a Boolean value. That is
updated after the item is sent by Outlook.
