Check if user has read only access

We have an Access db on a MS network.
Most users only have read only rights to the db however, if they try to open
it, it executes the main menu.
If there any way in my Access application, I can check if the user has read
only access to the db?
If so, I can give them another form which exits them out instead of the main
form.
