Check in enterprise projects - field selection

MS Project 2003 (11.2.2005.1801.15) SP2 Project Server 2003 SP1

Where can I change what fields show when viewing (under Admin in PWA) "Check
in enterprise projects"? Currently it shows six fields, Name, Check Out,
User, Version, Type, and E-mail.
Thank You.

I don't believe there is any default method to change the data grid on the
Check In Enterprise Projects page? Out of curiosity, what do you want to
change there and why? Isn't there enough information available to help you
check in the desired project? Let us know.

I would like to add the field project status. We are planning 07 projects
and those may be checked out in addition to 06 projects that are in
execution. I look each week or especially at fiscal month end to make sure
the active projects are checked in or have a very recent modified date. We
don't use versions (yet).

I do not believe there is a way to modify the grid on the Check In
Enterprise Projects page. On the other hand, you CAN create a custom
Project Center view and include the Checked Out field. You could then
filter or group by this field and others that would help you to determine
the information you seek. In fact, it I was in your situation, I would do
the following:

1. Open two windows into PWA using File - New - Window in IE
2. In the first window, apply the Project Center page with the custom View
I proposed
3. In the second window, apply the Check In Enterprise Projects page
4. Navigate from the first window to the second window, as needed, to check
in stuck checked out projects for 2007 (or 2006)

Just a thought. Hope this helps.

I also would like to change the order of the fields in the grid on the Check
In Enterprise Projects page just in case someone knows how. Dale, your
suggestion will certainly help and I had not thought of doing double windows
in PWA before. That will help.
