Check mark won't go away when printing

When I print a form, a checkmark box has the checkmark in design view (along
with many others), but when I print the form the checkmark for this one
particular field shows the check, yet all the other fields with checkmarks
don't print the check???

If the value of the checkbox is False, No or 0 then it won't print a
checkmark which actually indicated True, Yes or -1. As a side note, any
reason you are not using reports, which are meant for printing?

I don't know why you are printing a form instead of designing a report to
fulfil the function. However, that said, try:

With the form in Design View

Right click on the offending check box and select properties.

On the format Tab, see what the display when setting is set to. If it is
always, change it to "screen only" the check box should no longer display
when you print.

I hope I had understood your question correctly and the above forms some
