Hello,
I recently changed my Outlook 2000 from single user to
Workgroup to enable 2 profiles to be used.
When I know "check names" I receive all options for any
person, e.g. their first and second email accounts (shown
as SMTP) and their fax number.
I don't actually want to see any choices unless I make a
spelling mistake with someone's name or a conflict of
names occurs.
Any ideas?
