Check one box or the other in Word 2003

I've created a form that has "yes" and "no" checkboxes and I don't want users
to be able to check both the "yes" and "no" boxes for the same question. How
can I set it up so that only one box will contain an "x"?

It can be done, but not using Check Box Form Fields alone. You'll need some
code to create an "Option Group" rather than stand-alone controls. However,
