Checkbox in table using Automation for Word 2003

Hello:

Looking for some sample code to create a checkbox in a table cell using
VBA. I am looking for something like the checkbox in the forms toolbar, but
need to use it without locking the document.

Record a macro while inserting a checkbox from the Controls Toolbox toolbar.
Please note, however, that this will insert an element into the document that
will trigger macro security when the document is opened.
