I would like to have some informational fields in my database relating to
the delivery address.

My format will simply be three fields which will automatically be filled out
(but greyed out) to be the same as the customer address unless they specify
when ordering.

If they do specify so when ordering I would like to be able to uncheck a box
to return the text boxes to use but also when unchecking the box I would
like to have the text boxes empty of their original value and be ready to
enter the different address.

Is this possible without empying the address from the customers table
aswell?
