checkboxes not appearing on report emailed as attachment

I have a form that staff completes and we need to be able
to email a copy of that completed form. I created a report
from the form, but when I send it as an email attachment,
none of the check boxes appear. Do I need to change the
format of the checkboxes? Or is it the format of the

What format are you sending the report as? Only Snapshot Format will retain
graphical output and CheckBoxes fall into that category. If you're using RTF, then
you'll need to change your report to show the characters "Yes"/"No" or similar
instead of using the boxes.

RTF (I also tried HTML). So the snapshot is what I need

I searched MS support and found the following article
(293508) on how to include checkboxes on a report in RTF.
This also is not working. Any other suggestions?

I'm pretty sure I have done checkboxes in Snapshot format before so I don't know why
that is not working for you. As I stated previously; if you change your CheckBoxes
to TextBoxes and then set the Format to "Yes/No",your report will display these words
instead of using the graphical CheckBox. That should export properly.
