Checked-outEnterpriseGlobal->Tools ->Customize -> Fields

Hi ,
i first open my MS project professional 2007 and then go to
Tools-> EnterpriseOptions-> OpenEnterpriseGlobal

by doing so it will open for me another window called - "Checked out
Enterprise Global"
Here again i go to
Tools->Customize-> Fields

Question is this "Fields" option is disabled for me , y could it be.
I was trying to go about with indicators as explained in this lin

The process of creating custom enterprise fields is different in Project
Server 2007 than it was in 2002 and 2003. You need to navigate to PWA,
click Server Settings - Enterprise Custom Field Definition. From there, you
can create custom enterprise Lookup Tables and custom enterprise Fields.

To add on to what Dale wrote, From within Project Pro, you can go to tools,
customize and work with custom fields that are local to the project. If you
have permissions, you can also add those fields to the enterprise from
project pro. What you cannot do however, is take an existing enterprise
custom field and edit it via project pro. You will have to do that from PWA.

Thanks all for your inputs,
so what i understand is that now, say if our organization has just installed
PWA and MS project prof. You suggest me to first
go to PWA create fields(indicators) wth formulae.
My question is if i now create these in PWA can i be able to export them to
professional , how can i do that.
In PWA if i click project to open in Professional2007 then i should be able
to see the same indicator as seen in PWA.
Sorry if i am repeating but i am trying to understand
