Checking addresses for Undelivered Mail

I've a folder full of mail that was returned "Undelivered Mail Returned
to Sender" or "Undeliverable:...".

I'd like to be able to go through that mail and pull out the email
addresses, then check them against contacts in a folder. Or, just
create a list of email addresses.

Somehow I need to pull those addresses out of my lists and contacts.

anyone know of a program that will do that? Or a way to do it with
outlook?
