Hi.
Is there any possibilities to check all/multiple IMAP accounts? Now I get
mails downloaded only for account which is selected (its Inbox folder) but
not for the other ones. I just can't switch between accounts every few second
to get mails in reasonable time and setting up the auto (send/)receive every
minute is not so practical if you have like 10 accounts.
Thank you

A mail poll interval of 1 minute is abusive and ignorant. You aren't
getting e-mails that fast into all your accounts. Even if you were, you
couldn't read them all, anyway. Another problem is that if another poll
starts while one is already in progress, the one in progress gets
quashed and the new one starts which means the prior mail poll doesn't
get to complete (and that can lead into problems with updating the
message IDs list that Outlook maintains to know which items it has
previously downloaded or interrupting Outlook from sending a DELE to a
POP account to remove the item from the mail server so it ends up the
same item is there in the next overlapping mail poll).
You should not set your mail poll interval to less than 10 minutes.
This is non-abusive to your e-mail provider who has lots of other users
wanting to get their e-mails, too. It provides enough time to download
all new items in your mailbox (provided they don't have huge attachments
which would increase their download time long enough to the next poll
interval that then quashes the current one in progress). If your
mailbox was truly so super busy with tons of new mails arriving, and
because you couldn't read them that fast, it doesn't matter if you get
them at 1- or 10-minute intervals. By the time you get to reading a
couple dozen the 10 minutes have already elapsed and you get a whole new
batch with a count exceeding your ability to read them within the next
10 minutes.
Why is it impractical to have a 10-minute mail poll interval that checks
your 10 IMAP accounts? Works for everyone else.
