Use the character map in windows. It has symbols for a single, double, and
triple lines. Type charmap in the run command.

symbol fonts including this free True Type font:

Taking that a step further you can assign those characters to AutoCorrect so
that you can have a string that invokes them.

Aha moment: AutoCorrect can be used for something useful!!! MS should
change the name. AutoCorrect says that I did something wrong and the
program will fix it.
