chime when mail comes in

Is there a way to change that sound in Outlook 2000?
It's so subtle on my new XP machine that I don't notice it
all the time.

I either need to make it louder (without simply turning up
my speakers for everything) or swap it out for some other
sound that is more noticeable.

I'm on SP-3 9.0.0.6627 (Corporate or Workgroup).
