chinese fonts not rendering properly in Word 2008

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: intel

The same document under 2004 renders properly on the same computer. In 2008, there are squares for many chinese characters.

Change the Chinese font for the Unicode one supplied with Microsoft Office
2008.

You have an old non-Unicode font in there, and it does not contain the
characters (or the characters are in the wrong code positions) for Unicode.

If you switch it for a Unicode font, it will work correctly in both 2004 and
2008.
