Chinese input device

I have a QuickPoint (QMT-2000, from FineArt) chinese input
device. I cannot seems to get it to work with Office 2000
on a Windows 2000 Pro system.

When I write chinese charactors with the device, I can get
the charactors shown on the QuickPoint software. However,
I am not able to get it in any of the Office products
(Excel, Word).

It seems that the QuickPoint device/software can support
BIG5, Simplified GB (GB2123??), GBK and Unicode. I have
tried all options but it still won't work.

Can someone help me ???
