Chinese input with Windows 2000 Professional

I have Windows 2000 Professional installed and have the
Chinese MUI installed. Will I be able to input chinese
charecters if I use the English version of Office XP?
Also, will I be able to input chinese in Outlook Express
6?

Yes, by installing the Win2K MUI you should have the IME (Input Method
Editor) available from the control panel. Chinese you will need to add it
from within regional options.
